Implementation of ISO: 9001 and 14001 standards

The ISO 9001 standard establishes the requirements that a company must comply with in order to have a correct quality management system in place in its production system. It is complementary to other types of standards such as the ISO 14001 environmental management standard, which requires the company to create an environmental management plan that includes: environmental objectives and targets, policies and procedures to achieve those targets, defined responsibilities, staff training activities, documentation and a system to monitor any changes and progress made.
